About Us

Licensed Building Consultant Managing Director Steve Ayoub has over 20 years in the construction industry. With a degree from UNSW in Building and Construction Management Stephen has acquired extensive knowledge in construction as Head Project Manager of multimillion-dollar projects, ranging from residential, commercial and industrial projects. Steve is also an accredited pest Inspector with over 10 years of practical experience. Conducting thousands of Inspections, identifying both potential infestations right through to locating active termites & the extent of resulting damage. Through his time as Head PM, later Contract Builder and Consultant Stephen has acquired a reputation as being a leader in the industry for his keen eye for detail and defect diagnosis. This reputation has lent itself to Stephen being regarded as a very knowledgeable and successful licensed building consultant who is highly respected by his peers.
